Personal
Born Kingston, Jamaica, W.I.
EducatIon
Elletson Primary, St. Anthony Senior, Commercial
Academy, Kingston. Stenotype Academy, New York.
Elnieda migrated to Florida
August of 1978. Before going into business,
Elnieda was a secretary for 33 years. Eleven
of those years she worked as a legal secretary
for major law firms in the Miami area.
In the year of 1989 Elnieda
developed Carpul Tunnel Syndrome in both her
hands. She was devastated when ordered by her
doctor to stop typing. She states, this was
my living, I told the doctor "come on Dr.
Diamond, I am too old to do Go-Go dancing and
my Priest would kill me anyway" (Elnieda
had encountered a very dramatic religious experience
in her living room in the year of 1979). However,
she continued Doctor Diamond was very serious
and I knew I was in trouble, he said stop typing
or have immediate surgery.
Elnieda sought the Lord in
prayer and was directed to open a copy shop
wherein the machines would work for her hands.
The formation of her shop is a saga in itself.
June of 1990 Trinity was opened. Elnieda knew
with all her heart that the Lord had given her
the shop from the inception and so she decided
to name this shop He had given her after Him.
