Just replaced my carpet w/ linoleum, now my computer chair moves like crazy!?

If I shift my weight a little bit it rolls. Would getting one of those floor mats (that are technically meant for carpet, but have a grippy surface) help at all?

Two suggestions.

The first is to buy rubber casters for the chair instead of hard plastic.

The second option is to buy a small carpet to put under the chair.
