men’s hair product question…. Need some suggestions!?

Okay, so I have never really found that one product that I absolutely love, and am asking to get some replies of some things that I may end up loving. I have a medium style cut, it’s a James Dean or Robert Pattinson style, and I have tried a lot of different products, so any suggestions would be nice, I like to try to use stuff that is natural, I am currently using Burt’s Bees hair gel but sometime it flakes, so what would you recommend (gel, pomade, paste)… also what is a good shampoo, again I try to stick to natural or SLS free… thank you for any suggestions!
